Year 2008 is fast approaching before you realize it. Why not make a change in your lifestyle and invest your money in your health. The VedaYoga Fitness & Wellness, in conjunction with the Shodana Ayurveda Center, is hosting a YOGA and AYURVEDIC RETREAT at the beautiful, tranquil Caribbean beaches, and relaxing environment of Isla Mujeres. Learn more about Ayurveda and how to keep a healthy digestion for longevity. We encourage everyone to participate in the cleansing process the entire week at the retreat but is not mandatory. It's the perfect time of the year to practice body purification.

What: Hatha Yoga (for all levels), Ayurveda lectures, Pancha Karma (body purification)

When: January 20 through January 26, 2008

Where: Isla Mujeres, Cancun, Mexico

Fee: $460-$550 per person depending on the room. Fee includes the room (6 nights/7 days), the workshop, materials and one Abhyanga massage.

Direction: Book your own flight to Cancun, Mexico. Find a shuttle outside the airport and take it ($15.00) to Puerto Juarez - about 30 minutes drive. You can take a cab but it will cost you $55.00) Take the boat to Isla Mujeres from Puerto Juarez (35 Pesos or $3.50). You'll be there in 15-20 minutes. Depending on your arrival time and if there is a group of at least 6-10 people arriving at the same time, we will pick you up.
